Acceptable Use Policy

Reelitly is designed to help educators, creators, and creative professionals produce informative animated videos. This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with the Service. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service.

You may not use the Service to create or distribute content that:

• Depicts or sexualizes minors in any way.
• Produces sexually explicit imagery of real, identifiable people without their documented consent.
• Impersonates real people in a misleading or defamatory way, including political deepfakes intended to deceive viewers about who is speaking.
• Promotes terrorism, organized violence, or self-harm.
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory attacks on protected groups.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights of third parties.
• Spreads medical, legal, or financial misinformation that could cause real-world harm.
• Violates any applicable law in your jurisdiction or in jurisdictions where the content is published.

You also agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security or rate-limiting features.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or republish the Service's underlying models, prompts, or system instructions.
• Resell access to the Service or share your account credentials with others.
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing material, or unsolicited bulk content.
• Use automated scripts to abuse free-tier credits or evade billing.

AI-generated content disclosure

Where you publish videos created with the Service, you should disclose their AI-generated nature wherever this is required by law, platform policy, or audience expectation — for example, on social media platforms that require labelling of synthetic media.

Enforcement

We may review content that is reported or flagged by our automated systems for compliance with this policy. Violations may result in:

• Removal of the offending project from our storage.
• Temporary suspension of your account.
• Permanent termination of your account, without refund.
• Referral to law-enforcement authorities where required.

If you encounter content created with Reelitly that you believe violates this policy, please report it to support@reelitly.com with as much detail as possible.
