Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Reelitly. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued. It applies in addition to any non-waivable rights you have under your local consumer-protection laws.
1. Monthly subscription
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription payment and have not consumed any of the included subscription credits, you may request a full refund by emailing support@reelitly.com.
- If you have already consumed any subscription credits within the period, the subscription is non-refundable for that period, but cancellation will prevent the next renewal.
- Any unused subscription credits in a paid period remain available until the end of the period — they are not retroactively refunded after cancellation.
2. Credit packs (one-time purchases)
- Credit packs are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no credits from the pack have been consumed.
- Once any portion of a pack has been used, the pack becomes non-refundable. Unused credits do not expire and remain on your account.
3. Service issues
If a render fails or a generation produces an unusable result due to a technical issue on our side, the credits for that operation are automatically refunded to your account. If you believe credits were deducted incorrectly, contact support@reelitly.com with the relevant project ID and we will investigate.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@reelitly.com from the address associated with your account, including:
- The date of purchase.
- The Stripe receipt number or the last four digits of the card used.
- A brief reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
5. Exceptions
We may decline refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a pattern of repeated refund claims. We reserve the right to update this policy; changes apply only to purchases made after the change.
