Reelitly ("we", "us", "our") operates the website reelitly.com and the related browser-based application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Information we collect

Account information — your email address and a hashed password (or third-party sign-in identifier), set when you create an account.
Project content — the prompts, images, audio narration, video configurations, and rendered videos you create using the Service.
Billing information — we do not store payment card numbers. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; we receive a customer identifier, subscription status, and billing event metadata.
Usage data — limited operational logs (timestamps, request paths, anonymized error reports) used for reliability, security, and abuse prevention.

2. How we use your information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To process payments and apply credits to your account.
To respond to support requests and important account notifications.
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your project content to train generative AI models.

3. Third-party processors

To deliver the Service, we share limited data with the following processors:

Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
OpenAI — image generation and vision-based label detection (prompts and reference images only).
Google Cloud — text-to-speech voice synthesis (narration text only).
Vercel and Railway — application hosting.
Sentry — error monitoring (request metadata; sensitive fields are scrubbed).

4. Data retention

We retain your project content for as long as your account is active. If you delete a project, the associated files are removed from active storage within 30 days. If you delete your account, all personal data and project content is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EEA, UK, and California), you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate information.
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Export a copy of your data in a portable format.
Object to or restrict certain processing activities.

6. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
