Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reelitly (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Reelitly is a browser-based tool that uses artificial intelligence to help you create animated infographic videos. Features, pricing, and included quotas may change as the Service evolves; we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Credits and payment

  • The Service operates on a credit system. New accounts receive 50 one-time welcome credits on email confirmation.
  • Additional credits may be purchased as one-time packs or as part of a recurring monthly subscription. Pricing is shown on the billing page.
  • Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over. Prepaid pack credits do not expire.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's applicable terms.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts, images, audio, and videos you create using the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

Generative AI outputs are governed by the terms of the underlying providers (OpenAI for images, Google for speech synthesis). You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and resulting videos comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6. AI-generated content disclosure

Videos created with the Service include AI-generated imagery and synthetic narration. You are responsible for disclosing the AI-generated nature of the content where required by law, platform rules, or the reasonable expectations of your audience.

7. Service availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the settings page or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or as required by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reelitly is established. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws require otherwise. [Insert specific jurisdiction before launch.]
